I have been in the fitness industry for quite some time and have not met as well versed a coach like Brandon. The training I received prepped me for a Hyrox, aided my military preparation and turned this Bodybuilder into a competitive runner. Brandon has an adept ability to fast track athletes and crush goals. Working with Brandon is like a cheat code. In a short amount of time, I am a more well rounded athlete. No more aches and pains from running and I am still increasing in strength. Running Form, Mobility, Conditioning (HR Zones) and Olympic Techniques were our focal points. I feel I have advanced my training by a few years after just a few sessions.

I've been taking classes with Brandon ever since he started Head Up Performance. They are always challenging yet fun. His coaching style is very positive and encouraging. He does a great job getting to know my limitations and goals and figuring out the best way to keep me pushing hard.
